LotsTeam costs $9 per project per month with no subscription, or a plan: Starter is $24 a month for 3 projects, Pro is $69 for 10 and Business is $159 for 30. Every plan and pay as you go include the same features: the feedback widget and public portal, the task board, the support inbox, the changelog, the MCP server and REST API, and unlimited organizations and team members. You pay for the number of projects, not for seats.

This page explains what each option covers, what it costs at different numbers of projects, what happens when you go over a plan, and what isn't included. A project is one product's workspace: its widget, portal, feedback, tasks, support inbox and changelog. In LotsTeam a "post" means a piece of product feedback, such as a request, a bug or an idea, not a social post. Prices were checked on 7 October 2026 against the live [pricing page](https://lots.team/pricing) and the LotsTech pricing catalogue.

## What every LotsTeam plan includes

The features are the same on every plan and on pay as you go:

- A feedback widget and a public portal where users post requests and bugs and vote.
- A task board linked to the requests behind it.
- A support inbox next to the work, with agent-drafted replies you approve before anything is sent.
- A changelog published to your portal.
- The MCP server and REST API, so ChatGPT, Claude or any MCP agent can run the workflow.
- A custom domain and custom email, team roles and project access.
- A record of every agent action.
- Unlimited organizations and team members.

Plans differ only in how many projects they cover and the price of extra projects. Starter has priority support. Pro and Business have dedicated support.

## LotsTeam plans and pay as you go

| | Starter | Pro | Business | Pay as you go |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Projects included | 3 | 10 | 30 | Any number |
| Monthly price | $24 | $69 | $159 | $9 per project |
| Yearly price | $240 | $690 | $1,590 | Not applicable |
| Extra projects | $8 each per month | $6.90 each per month | $5.30 each per month | Not applicable |
| Support | Priority | Dedicated | Dedicated | See the pricing page |

Yearly billing is two months free: ten monthly payments for the year. You can cancel anytime.

## What it costs at 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 30 projects

Monthly prices at list rates:

| Projects | Lowest-cost option on LotsTeam | Monthly cost |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Pay as you go | $9 |
| 2 | Pay as you go | $18 |
| 3 | Starter | $24 |
| 5 | Starter plus 2 extra projects at $8 | $40 |
| 10 | Pro | $69 |
| 15 | Pro plus 5 extra projects at $6.90 | $103.50 |
| 30 | Business | $159 |

The rule of thumb: one or two projects, pay as you go. Three or more, take a plan. The bigger the plan, the cheaper each extra project.

## How pay as you go and credits work

Pay as you go uses LotsTech Credits instead of a subscription. Credits cost $1 for 1,000, with a $10 minimum purchase. Each project costs 9,000 credits a month, which is $9, charged daily for the projects you hold. Purchased credits never expire, and they work across LotsTech products, so the same balance can pay for a LotsBlog or LotsSocial account.

Every new account gets 10,000 free credits, valid for 90 days, with no card. That's enough to run one project for a month. It's a credit grant, not a subscription trial, so there's nothing to cancel.

## What happens if you go over your plan

If you create more projects than your plan covers, the extra projects are paid from your credits automatically, at your plan's own per-project rate, charged daily: $8 on Starter, $6.90 on Pro and $5.30 on Business. There's no consent switch to flip.

If your credits run out, the uncovered projects pause. Nothing is deleted, public portals stay readable, and you keep owner access. Publishing and other paid actions on a paused project resume when you top up or move to a bigger plan. Projects covered by your plan don't pause because your credit balance is empty.

## What costs extra

- **Your AI agent.** LotsTeam doesn't write or reason for you. ChatGPT, Claude or whichever agent you use does that on its own plan, which is separate from LotsTeam.

There's no per-seat charge. You can add as many team members and organizations as you like.

## Which option should you pick?

- **One product, or you're trying it:** pay as you go, starting with the 10,000 free credits.
- **Two products:** pay as you go at $18, or Starter at $24 if a third is coming.
- **A few products or client projects:** Starter (3), Pro (10) or Business (30), whichever covers the number you run.
- **An agency or a larger portfolio:** Business at 30 projects has the lowest price per project.

## Common questions

### How much does LotsTeam cost?

$9 per project per month with pay as you go, or plans from $24 a month: Starter covers 3 projects, Pro covers 10 and Business covers 30. Yearly billing is two months free.

### Is there a free trial?

New accounts get 10,000 free credits, valid for 90 days, with no card. That's enough to run one project for a month. It's a credit grant rather than a plan trial.

### Do I pay per seat or per team member?

No. Organizations and team members are unlimited on every plan and on pay as you go. You pay for the number of projects.

### What is a project in LotsTeam?

One product's workspace: its feedback widget and public portal, the requests and bugs users post, the task board, the support inbox and the changelog. If you run two products, that's two projects.

### Are the MCP server and REST API included?

Yes, on every plan and on pay as you go. There's no separate developer tier.

### What happens if my credits run out?

Projects not covered by a plan pause. Nothing is deleted, public portals stay readable and you keep owner access. Top up credits or choose a plan to resume publishing.

### Do I pay for ChatGPT or Claude separately?

Yes. LotsTeam holds the requests, tasks, support threads and changelog, and your agent's own plan pays for the reasoning and writing. They're separate.
