LotsTeam and Sleekplan both give you a feedback board, a roadmap, a changelog and an MCP server for your AI agent. LotsTeam adds a task board linked to the requests, a support inbox of numbered cases and AI agent members with their own key, and it charges $9 per project with no per-seat fee. Sleekplan sells a workspace per product, and its custom domain starts on the $38 Business plan.

If you're a founder or a lean team shipping one or more products and you want requests, tasks, support replies and the changelog run from your own AI agent, LotsTeam is the better fit. If you want a free plan, NPS and CSAT surveys, or a roadmap synced from Linear or GitHub, look at Sleekplan.

Everything about Sleekplan below comes from its own pricing page, MCP page, MCP docs and product pages, checked on 29 October 2026, with links at the end. In LotsTeam a "post" means a piece of product feedback, such as a request, a bug or an idea, and a "project" is one product's workspace.

## LotsTeam vs Sleekplan at a glance

| | LotsTeam | Sleekplan |
|---|---|---|
| Built for | Founders and lean teams who run feedback, tasks, support and the changelog from their own AI agent | Teams who want feedback, roadmap, changelog, NPS, CSAT and surveys in one product |
| What you pay for | Projects: $9 each, or $24 for 3, $69 for 10, $159 for 30 | Workspaces, each billed on its own plan: Indie free, Starter $13, Business $38 a month billed yearly |
| Team | Team members aren't a billed unit | 3 seats on Starter, 10 on Business, 1 admin on Indie |
| Several products | Several projects in one organization, on one plan | One workspace per product, each billed separately; multi-workspace organizations on Enterprise |
| Custom domain | Every plan | Business |
| MCP server | Every plan and pay as you go | Hosted, OAuth 2.1, one workspace per connection |
| Agent identity | Your own agent signs in as you, or an AI agent member has its own key, name and projects, free up to 20 per team | The agent signs in with your Sleekplan account and uses its permissions |
| Can the agent delete requests? | No tool deletes a post, task or project; it can delete an unpublished changelog draft and its own comments | The docs list delete tools for feedback, comments, changelog entries, documents and tags |
| Tasks | Task board built in; one task carries every request behind it | Roadmap, with statuses synced from Linear, GitHub, ClickUp or Azure DevOps |
| Support | Inbox of numbered cases with statuses, priority, assignee, saved replies and a customer portal | Support conversations come in through Intercom, Help Scout or Slack |
| Surveys | Not included | CSAT and NPS from Starter, surveys on Business |
| Free start | Free credits when you sign up, no card, enough to run one project for about a month | Free Indie plan, or a 30-day trial of Business with no card |

## Where LotsTeam is the better choice

### One price for a product, not a workspace tier

LotsTeam doesn't gate features by plan. The MCP server, the task board, the support inbox, the custom domain and team roles are in every plan, and a project costs $9 a month on pay as you go. Plans cover a block: $24 for 3 projects, $69 for 10, $159 for 30. You don't pay for seats.

Sleekplan prices per workspace, and its pricing page says each workspace is billed separately and can be on a different plan. Its custom domain and branding removal start on Business. Here is a founder with three products who wants each portal on its own domain, at list prices checked on 29 October 2026:

| What you need | LotsTeam | Sleekplan |
|---|---|---|
| 3 products, each with a custom domain | Starter, $24 a month for 3 projects ($240 a year) | 3 Business workspaces, 3 x $38 = $114 a month billed yearly |

The scope isn't identical: Sleekplan's plans include NPS, CSAT and surveys that LotsTeam doesn't have, and the Sleekplan figure is its yearly-billed monthly price. It shows how the two price models behave when you add a second and third product. Sleekplan has a free Indie plan for one admin without a roadmap, which is the cheapest way to start there. LotsTeam has no free plan: new accounts get free credits when they sign up, no card, enough to run one project for about a month. Plans, credits and the rates for extra projects are in [LotsTeam Pricing Explained](https://blog.lots.team/lotsteam-pricing-explained) and on [lots.team/pricing](https://lots.team/pricing).

### An agent that can't delete your requests, and can have its own seat

The LotsTeam tools can read, create, update, link and merge. Merging duplicates moves votes, task links and comments to the post you keep and deletes nothing. There is no tool that deletes a post, a task or a project. The only deletes are an unpublished changelog draft and your own comments, and the agent asks you first.

Sleekplan's MCP docs list delete tools for feedback, comments, changelog entries, documents and tags, and say the server works with your account's permissions, no more and no less. That is a clear, honest model. It means the agent's reach is yours.

LotsTeam gives you that model too: a connected agent acts as the person who signed in. It also gives you a second one. You can add an AI agent to your team as a Member or Viewer with its own name and key, on only the projects you choose. Everything it does shows its name and an Agent badge, and you can pause it, replace its key or remove it without touching your own login. An AI agent member can't sign in, receive email, invite people or change roles, settings, domains or billing. AI agent members are free, up to 20 per team. [Is LotsTeam Safe?](https://blog.lots.team/is-lotsteam-safe) goes through the permissions.

### A task board and a support inbox in the same project

In LotsTeam, a request from the widget or the portal, the task that comes from it, the support case where a customer asked about it and the changelog entry that announces it sit in one project. Your agent reads and prioritises the requests, merges duplicates, creates a task and links every post that asked for the same thing to it.

Every support message is a numbered case with a status (open, waiting on customer, snoozed, resolved or closed), a priority, an assignee, tags, saved replies and internal notes. Customers follow their cases on your portal without a LotsTeam account. Your agent can list and update cases and read a thread to prepare a reply; sending needs your instruction.

Sleekplan's pages list feedback, roadmap, changelog, documents, CSAT, NPS and surveys, and describe support conversations coming in from tools such as Intercom, Help Scout and Slack. If you want the case inbox and the task board inside the same tool as the feedback, that is the LotsTeam side. For how other tools connect requests to delivery, see [The Best Tools to Link Feedback to Tasks](https://blog.lots.team/best-tools-to-link-feedback-to-tasks).

### The changelog tells the people who asked

A LotsTeam changelog entry is linked to a task, and every post linked to that task has an author. When you publish the entry with the notify option on, those authors get one email. It's off until you turn it on for that entry, and anonymous voters aren't emailed. When a support case is tracked as a post and that post ships, the customer gets one "It's live" email. Your agent drafts the entry from the task, and nothing goes public until you publish. The steps are in [How to Publish a Changelog and Notify the People Who Asked](https://blog.lots.team/publish-changelog-notify-people-who-asked).

## Where Sleekplan fits

Sleekplan is a mature, well-covered product with real strengths:

- **A free plan.** Indie is free for one admin, with unlimited feedback and subscribers, a feedback board, a changelog and email and in-app announcements. The roadmap isn't on it.
- **NPS, CSAT and surveys.** CSAT and NPS arrive on Starter, targeted in-app surveys and topic analytics on Business.
- **Documents.** Specs, decisions and research live next to the requests (not on the Free plan).
- **Roadmap synced from your dev tools.** Linear, GitHub, ClickUp and Azure DevOps statuses flow into the public roadmap, and internal statuses can map to one public status.
- **A reach-everyone changelog.** Every post can go out as an email to subscribers and an in-app popup, with scheduled posts, auto-publish when a roadmap item moves to Shipped and comments and reactions.
- **AI built in.** Auto-categorization of incoming feedback, an impact score you can weight, and a changelog drafted from shipped work.
- **A 30-day trial with no card** on every paid plan, and SSO, API access and webhooks from Starter.
- **A hosted MCP server** with OAuth 2.1 and setup steps for Claude, Cursor, Windsurf and VS Code.

## If you run client projects

Agencies and freelancers who run feedback and changelogs for clients need one portal per client. In LotsTeam that is one project per client, each with its own portal, widget, support inbox, task board and changelog, optionally on the client's own domain, and you choose which staff, clients and agents see which project. Because you pay per project and not per seat, adding a client's team costs nothing. The setup is in [Feedback and Changelogs for Client Projects](https://blog.lots.team/feedback-and-changelogs-for-client-projects). On Sleekplan, the multi-workspace organization structure with shared SSO and consolidated billing is an Enterprise feature, and otherwise each workspace is billed separately.

## Which one should you choose?

Choose **LotsTeam** if:

- You want one price per product, with the MCP server, task board, support inbox and custom domain included.
- You want the agent to work as you, or as its own member with its own key, with no way to delete your requests or projects.
- You want requests, the tasks behind them, support cases and the changelog in one workspace.
- You run more than one product, or several client projects.

Choose **Sleekplan** if:

- You want a free plan to start, or NPS, CSAT and surveys next to the feedback board.
- You want the roadmap synced from Linear, GitHub, ClickUp or Azure DevOps.
- You want subscribers to get changelog emails and in-app popups.

## Run it from your AI agent

Give your agent this and let it set itself up:

> Read https://lots.team/skill.md and help me connect LotsTeam for you.

LotsTeam has no importer from Sleekplan, so moving over is a job for your agent. Connect the Sleekplan MCP server and the LotsTeam MCP server (`https://api.lots.team/mcp`) to the same agent, then ask:

> Using the Sleekplan connector, list the open feedback posts in my workspace with their vote counts and the name and email of the person who posted each one. Show me the list first. For each one I approve, call create_post in my LotsTeam project with the same title and description, a category of feature, bug, improvement or question, the author's email and user_name, and the vote count written at the end of the description. Then group the posts that ask for the same thing, call merge_posts on true duplicates, create one task per group with create_task, and link each post to its task with link_post_to_task. Finally list my last Sleekplan changelog entries and save each as a draft with create_changelog. Don't publish anything.

Logging a post with the requester's email means they can be told when the work ships, and `create_changelog` only saves drafts: nothing goes public until you publish. Keep your Sleekplan workspace until you've checked the result. [LotsNotes Pro](https://lotsnotes.com/pricing) is included with the Pro and Business plans.

## Common questions

### Is LotsTeam a Sleekplan alternative?

Yes, for a feedback board with votes, a public roadmap, a changelog and an MCP server, plus a task board and a support inbox built in. LotsTeam charges per project with no per-seat fee and has the MCP server on every plan. For a free plan, NPS and CSAT surveys or a roadmap synced from Linear or GitHub, look at Sleekplan.

### How much does Sleekplan cost?

Sleekplan has an Indie plan at $0 for one admin, Starter at $13 a month and Business at $38 a month, both billed yearly, and a custom Enterprise plan. Starter has 3 seats, CSAT, NPS, SSO, API access and webhooks. Business has 10 seats, surveys, topic analytics, a custom domain and branding removal. Every paid plan has a 30-day trial with no card. Prices checked on 29 October 2026.

### Does Sleekplan have an MCP server?

Yes. It's hosted at mcp.sleekplan.com, signs in with OAuth 2.1 and is scoped to one workspace per connection. It works with Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code and other MCP clients, and its docs list tools for feedback, comments, changelog entries, documents and tags, including delete tools. LotsTeam's MCP server is on every plan, and its agent has no tool to delete a post, task or project.

### Does Sleekplan have a support inbox?

Its pricing and product pages describe collecting feedback from support tools such as Intercom, Help Scout and Slack rather than a case inbox of its own. LotsTeam has one built in: numbered cases with statuses, priority, assignee, saved replies and a customer portal.

### Does LotsTeam charge per seat?

No. You pay for projects: $9 per project a month on pay as you go, or $24, $69 or $159 a month for 3, 10 or 30 projects. Team members aren't a billed unit, and AI agent members are free, up to 20 per team.

### Can I move from Sleekplan to LotsTeam?

There's no importer. Connect both MCP servers to your agent and have it read your Sleekplan feedback and log it in LotsTeam with create_post, keeping each requester's email, then merge duplicates and group them into tasks. The prompt is above.
