Nine feedback and changelog tools document an MCP server today, so an AI agent such as ChatGPT, Claude or Claude Code can read your user requests and act on them: LotsTeam, Featurebase, Canny, Productlane, UserJot, AnnounceKit, Upvoty, Nolt and Frill. They differ in three things that matter before you connect an agent: which plan unlocks MCP, whether the agent can only read or can also change and delete, and what you pay per seat, per tracked user or per project. LotsTeam is the one built to run requests, tasks, support and the changelog from your agent with MCP and REST on every plan, at $9 per project with unlimited team members.
This list covers tools where an agent can work with user feedback through an official MCP server. I opened each vendor's own MCP page, docs or help center, and its pricing page, on 7 October 2026, and linked them at the end. In LotsTeam a "post" means a piece of product feedback, such as a request, a bug or an idea.

1. LotsTeam: requests, tasks, support and changelog from your agent
LotsTeam keeps what users ask for, what the team is building and what just shipped in one workspace, and your agent runs it through the MCP server at https://api.lots.team/mcp. It has 26 tools: read and update posts, create and update tasks and link a post to the task behind it, read a support thread and reply, and draft and publish a changelog entry. A REST API sits next to it for scripts.
- MCP and REST on every plan, and on pay as you go.
- Price per project, not per seat. $9 per project a month, or plans of $24 for 3 projects, $69 for 10 and $159 for 30. Organizations and team members are unlimited.
- You keep the send button. The agent prepares a support reply and you approve it. Publishing a changelog entry needs your instruction, and you can choose to email the people who asked.
- The agent acts as you. It signs in with OAuth and has the permissions of that person: a viewer reads, a member works inside their projects. The tool list has no delete tools.
- A free start: 10,000 free credits, valid 90 days, no card.
Choose LotsTeam if you're a founder or lean team that wants feedback, tasks, support and the changelog in one place. Creating projects and inviting members stay in the dashboard.
2. Featurebase: the broad suite with a wide MCP surface
Featurebase's help center says its MCP server is available on all paid plans and connects with OAuth to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code and Codex. It covers feedback posts and roadmaps, helpdesk conversations and tickets, Help Center articles, users and companies, updates, reports, surveys and webhooks, with read-only and write or delete tools you can allow or block in your AI client. The connected teammate's permissions apply. Pricing is per seat: Growth is $29, Professional $59 and Enterprise $99 per seat a month billed yearly, and there's a free plan without MCP. I compared it in LotsTeam vs Featurebase.
Choose Featurebase if you want a full helpdesk and help center in the same suite.
3. Canny: the most tools, priced by tracked users
Canny's MCP page says the server works with ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor, exposes over 55 tools, and is available on any paid plan. It can read feedback, themes, roadmap and revenue context, and change things: statuses, linked deals, organized requests and replies to customers, scoped to your permissions and logged with undo. Setup uses OAuth.
The price depends on tracked users, meaning people who gave feedback. Pro starts at $79 a month billed yearly, or $99 billed monthly, for 100 tracked users. On Canny's pricing slider the monthly price reads $224 at 300 tracked users, $411 at 600, $661 at 1,000 and $1,036 at 2,500. The free plan has 25 tracked users.
Choose Canny if tracking feedback against revenue is the point and your tracked-user count stays small.
4. Productlane: support inbox and Linear, with MCP on every plan
Productlane's changelog announced its MCP server in June 2026 for Claude, Codex, Cursor and other clients. You connect with OAuth, picking a workspace and what the agent can access, or with a v2 API key as a bearer token, and scopes decide what the agent can do. Its examples include drafting replies for approval, triaging the inbox, updating the help center and ranking requests by company revenue. Its pricing page marks MCP as included on all four plans, which start at $29 per user a month, with AI resolutions priced at $0.79 each beyond the allowance.
Choose Productlane if your team lives in Linear and support leads your work.
5. UserJot: 80 tools, unlimited users, MCP on paid plans
UserJot's MCP server has 80 tools covering the inbox, feature requests, votes and comments, the roadmap, the changelog and customers. It connects with an API token as a bearer header, and works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, ChatGPT and other clients. Its page says MCP is on Starter and Professional, so the free plan doesn't have it, and that a token reaches the whole workspace, so an agent can delete requests, comments, boards and changelog posts. It advises one token per agent and leaving changelog posts as drafts. Every plan has unlimited users: Starter is $29 a month and Professional $59.
Choose UserJot if you want a large tool surface and flat pricing, and you're comfortable with workspace-wide tokens.
6. AnnounceKit: changelog first, with MCP in every product
AnnounceKit's MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor draft, publish and schedule changelog posts, read feedback and NPS, and create or reply to feature requests and roadmap items. Its page says the server can read, create, update, publish and schedule, and can never delete anything or touch billing, and that you can keep AI drafts in review until a human publishes. The pricing page says MCP is included with every product. Products are priced separately: Feature Requests and Roadmap is $49 a month and Changelog is $59. The trial is 15 days with no card.
Choose AnnounceKit if the changelog is the main job and you want agents unable to delete.
7. Upvoty: MCP on the top plan
Upvoty's MCP page describes a native server for Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other clients, using the same scoped tokens as its API: read-only, read-write or admin, with every tool call recorded in the audit log. Its pricing page lists Upvoty MCP and API and webhooks on the Hyper plan at $49 a month billed monthly, with unlimited tracked users and a 14-day trial with no card.
Choose Upvoty if you want unlimited tracked users and scoped tokens, and Hyper fits your budget.
8. Nolt: OAuth with fixed client IDs
Nolt's help center describes a remote MCP server at https://nolt.io/mcp with OAuth 2.0, for Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, VS Code and Cursor. Dynamic client registration is off, so each client needs its own Client ID entered during setup. The agent can read and act on boards, posts, comments, statuses and votes on your behalf. Neither its pricing page nor the help page ties MCP to a plan. Essential is $29 a month billed annually with one board, and Pro is $69 with five boards. Users and admins are unlimited.
Choose Nolt if you want simple flat pricing and a small board setup.
9. Frill: read-only MCP
Frill's MCP server is read-only: ten tools to list and search ideas, read comments and votes, and list statuses, topics and announcements. You connect with an API key as a bearer header from Company Settings. Plans start at $25 a month, with a 14-day trial and no card, and admins and tracked users are unlimited.
Choose Frill if you only want your agent to read and summarise feedback.
What to check before you connect an agent to feedback data
- Can it write, and can it delete? Frill is read-only. AnnounceKit says it never deletes. UserJot says a token can delete requests, comments, boards and changelog posts. LotsTeam has no delete tools, and Featurebase has write and delete tools you can switch off in your client.
- Whose permissions does it use? LotsTeam, Featurebase and Canny sign in with OAuth and inherit your permissions. UserJot, Frill and Productlane's key option use tokens or keys you create, so give each agent its own.
- Which plan unlocks it? On LotsTeam, Productlane and AnnounceKit it comes with every plan or product. Featurebase and Canny need a paid plan, UserJot needs Starter or above, and Upvoty needs Hyper.
- What do you pay as the team grows? Per seat (Featurebase, Productlane), per tracked user (Canny), per product (AnnounceKit), per plan with unlimited users (UserJot, Upvoty, Nolt, Frill) or per project (LotsTeam).

Common questions
Which feedback tools have an MCP server?
LotsTeam, Featurebase, Canny, Productlane, UserJot, AnnounceKit, Upvoty, Nolt and Frill each document an official MCP server. Frill's is read-only. The others let an agent create or update records.
Can ChatGPT or Claude manage my feature requests?
Yes, through these MCP servers. Canny works with ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor, Featurebase with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code and Codex, and Nolt with Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, VS Code and Cursor. LotsTeam works with ChatGPT, Claude or any MCP client.
Which feedback tool has the cheapest MCP access?
At list prices, LotsTeam at $9 per project with MCP on every plan and Frill from $25 a month start lowest, though Frill's MCP is read-only. Canny's price grows with tracked users, and Featurebase and Productlane charge per seat.
Is MCP included on the free plan?
Not on the free plans listed here: Featurebase, Canny and UserJot need a paid plan. LotsTeam includes MCP from the first day, with 10,000 free credits, valid 90 days and no card.
Is it safe to let an AI agent change my feedback board?
It depends on the tool. Prefer an agent that signs in with your own permissions, give each agent its own token where tokens are used, and keep changelog posts as drafts until you publish. UserJot, Featurebase and AnnounceKit each describe those controls in their docs.
Do I need MCP or the REST API?
MCP is for your AI client. A REST API is for scripts and your own code. LotsTeam includes both on every plan, and UserJot's MCP uses the same tokens as its REST API.
